gluten free

Gluten Free does not mean healthy.  Gluten Free does not mean is will not taste good.  Gluten Free means there is no gliadin in the food, which is a protein many people are allergic to, sensitive to or have a full-blown autoimmune condition to.  I will teach you 5 delicious gluten free substitutes to your favourite meals. 

vegetarian

It’s hard to be conscious of the environment and our health and not think about where our food comes from.  With animal based protein it is clear that most people are eating too much.  What’s too much?  Everyday? 3 times a day?  Whatever feels right to you. I will teach you some easy vegetarian options to incorporate into your diet.  

dairy free

Dairy is such a common irritant, but most people say they would rather die than give up cheese.  Don’t worry, I will show you some incredible substitutes for your favorite dairy based dishes.

raw desserts

People often ask me if I have a sweet tooth... my response? I have about twenty! Raw treats are a delicious and nutritious way to enjoy a little something sweet, but in a way that doesn’t take away from your health goals.
