Pad Thai


*makes 2 -3 portions

¼ cup tbsp tamarind sauce

1-2 tbsp tamari

1 tbsp coconut aminos

½ tsp fish sauce (if not vegoo)

1 tsp ginger (optional)

½ tsp garlic

Juice of two limes

2 tbsp rice wine vinegar

Optional – pinch cayenne pepper

Rice Noodles *Soak for 1 hour

Broccoli, Carrots, Bok Choy

Chicken, Shrimp, 1 Egg

1. Soak Noodles 1 hour (or cook according to package)

2. Blend all sauce ingredients together.

3. Sauté Chicken and when almost done add in shrimp and vegetables

Crack on egg and scramble together *omit steps 3 & 4 if vegetarian/vegan

4. Add in noodles and sauce, sauté till hot and ready!

5. Squeeze extra lime on top and add in fresh cilantro
