Pho-Nominal Immune Boostin Pho




4 cups Chicken broth (or veggie broth)

½ yellow onion slivered

2 servings rice noodles

2 carrots slivered

1 – 2 cups Broccoli/Bok Choy

1 tsp Siracha Hot Sauce

1 tsp Fish sauce

1 tbsp tamari

1 tbsp coconut aminos

1 tbsp sesame oil

Juice ½ - 1 lime

Cilantro

¼ cup shredded chicken (or beef/pork/fish)

1 tsp coconut oil


1. Soak noodles for 1 hour (or boil for 3-5 min and strain under cold water)

2. Sauté onion in coconut oil (on low heat) add in veggies and 1/8 cup water. Put lid on and steam up veggies

3. Add in broth and bring to boil

4. Add chicken, - coconut aminos, fish sauce and sesame oil

5. Add in noodles and serve

6. Top with lime and cilantro
