Turmeric Mylk

Why I LOVE Turmeric and a bit about it's active ingredient: Curcumin.

  • Super Powerful Inflammatory

  • Antioxidant - supports our immune system!

  • Curcumin stimulates the gallbladder and produces bile.

  • It's fat soluble, so add it to meals that have delicious and nutritious fats! Like coconut curries, or a latte!

  • Black pepper helps curcumin absorption
